Draft — pending legal review

Visiocy is a fashion-only AI model photography studio. This page describes, in plain language, how the studio handles the brief, reference imagery, and contact details you share when you reach out about a project.

What this page is

Visiocy is a fashion-only AI model photography studio. The site you’re reading exists mainly to receive project briefs and reply to them. This page describes, in plain language, what we know about the data you share through that flow.

Needs legal review  The text below is an honest draft written by the founder. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet a final policy — treat it as a description of intent, not a binding statement of practice.

What you share with us

When you send a brief through the contact form or by email, you typically share:

  • Your name and the brand you represent.
  • An email address (and, if you choose to add one, a phone number).
  • The brief itself: category, SKU count, references, deadlines, and any product imagery you attach.

We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to scope and reply to your project. Sensitive personal data (identity documents, payment details, health information) is never requested through the brief form.

How we use it

What you send is used for one or more of:

  • Reading your brief and replying to it, usually the same working day.
  • Scoping the project and producing the imagery you commission.
  • Continuing the conversation by email about that specific project.

We don’t use your brief to train general models, we don’t publish your unreleased product imagery, and we don’t send marketing email. If that ever changes, the change will appear here first.

Reference and source imagery

Product photography or reference frames you attach to a brief are stored only as long as needed to deliver the work you commission. Final deliverables remain available to you through whatever channel we agree at hand-off.

Needs owner confirmation  Exact retention windows for source imagery and finished frames are scoped per project rather than fixed here. If you need a specific retention or deletion policy in writing, ask for it in your first email.

Who else sees your data

The studio is run by the founder. Briefs are read by the founder; there is no account manager layer. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your contact details, and we don’t share your brief with other clients.

Email is delivered through ordinary mail providers and the site is served by a hosting provider. These services see traffic and message metadata as part of how the internet works.

Needs owner confirmation  Specific sub-processors (hosting, email, analytics, payment) are not enumerated here yet. A processor list can be shared on request.

Cookies and analytics

Needs owner confirmation  The site uses only the cookies and storage strictly needed to render pages and remember UI preferences. Any analytics or third-party tracking that we add in the future will be disclosed here, with a clear opt-out where consent is required.

Your rights

You can ask us, by email, to:

  • Tell you what brief-related data we still hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete the data, where we're not legally required to keep it.

We aim to act on these requests promptly. If you’re in a jurisdiction with a formal data-protection authority and you feel we’ve fallen short, you have the right to complain to them.

Security

We take reasonable care with the data you share — access is limited, transit is encrypted, and stored material is kept on services with their own security posture. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send anything by email that you wouldn’t be comfortable receiving by email.

Changes to this page

When the operational reality of the studio changes — new tools, new processors, a real legal review — this page will be updated and the effective date above will move forward. There is no archive of prior versions yet.

Get in touch

Privacy questions, deletion requests, and processor-list requests all go to the same inbox as project briefs. Reach the studio through the contact page and the founder will reply directly.

Needs owner confirmation  A dedicated privacy alias (e.g. privacy@visiocy.com) will be published here once it is live.
