What this page is

Visiocy is a fashion-only AI model photography studio. These terms describe, in plain language, how an engagement with the studio works — what the studio delivers, what it asks of you, and what it doesn’t commit to.

Needs legal review  This text is an honest draft written by the founder. It has not been reviewed by counsel, it is not a substitute for the engagement-specific terms that accompany a quote, and any conflict between this page and a signed project agreement is resolved in favour of the agreement.

What the studio does

Visiocy turns product photography into on-model fashion imagery. A typical engagement covers one or more of:

  • On-model frames generated from a flat or mannequin product photo.
  • Flat lay and mannequin treatments of the same product.
  • Campaign frames sized for the channels you actually ship to.

Each engagement is scoped from a brief you send through the contact page. The brief, the quote, and any follow-up agreement together describe the actual deliverables — this page does not.

What you’re responsible for

To produce work you can use commercially, the studio relies on you for:

  • Accurate product information and source photography you have the rights to use.
  • Confirmation that the brand, marks, and any depicted designs are yours to commission imagery for.
  • Timely review and feedback within the windows agreed in the project schedule.

The studio does not verify ownership of the materials you send. By submitting a brief you confirm you have the rights necessary to commission the imagery requested.

Ownership and use of imagery

Final deliverables are licensed to you for use in your brand’s commercial channels — e-commerce listings, marketing, paid media, social.

Needs owner confirmation  Whether ownership transfers on full payment, or whether the studio retains underlying rights and licenses the frames perpetually, is scoped per engagement. The applicable terms appear in the quote or project agreement.

The studio may reference the finished imagery in its own portfolio and case studies unless you ask, in writing before delivery, that we don’t. Unreleased product imagery is never shown publicly without explicit permission.

Fees and payment

Pricing is quoted per project, driven by SKU count, the modes you need, and your deadlines. Quote, invoice schedule, accepted methods, and currency all appear in the engagement documents.

Needs owner confirmation  Default payment terms, late-payment behaviour, and refund or cancellation policy are not fixed on this page. They live in the per-project quote and any related agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the studio’s output to:

  • Misrepresent a product’s material, fit, or origin in a way that would mislead buyers.
  • Depict real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
  • Produce imagery that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes third-party rights.

The studio reserves the right to decline or stop work on a brief that falls outside this scope.

Limits of what the studio commits to

The studio takes reasonable care with every brief, but AI-assisted imagery is generated and reviewed by humans, and small artefacts can survive review. You’re expected to check final frames in the contexts where you’ll publish them before going live.

The studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from how you choose to use the imagery, or for third-party platform decisions about AI-generated content. Where law permits, the studio’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid for the engagement in question.

Needs legal review  The exact phrasing of warranty disclaimers and liability caps depends on the governing jurisdiction and is finalised in the per-project agreement.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an active engagement by writing to the other. Work delivered or in progress up to that point is invoiced on the terms in the quote. Materials you shared remain governed by the privacy page.

Governing law

Needs owner confirmation  The studio operates from Ankara. The governing law and forum for any dispute is set in the per-project agreement and is not declared on this page.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change as the studio matures. New versions appear here with an updated effective date. Engagements already underway continue under the version in effect when the brief was accepted, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
